Christ's Sacrifice, for all - Once and for all
1 The law gives us a vague picture of the good things to come. The law is not a complete picture of the real thing. The law tells people to offer the same sacrifices every year. Those who come to worship God are the ones who offer sacrifices. But the law can never make those people perfect.
Hebrews 10: 1
2 If the law could have made people perfect, those sacrifices would have stopped by now. Those people would have been cleansed of their sins by now. And they would no longer feel guilty for their sins. But the law cannot do that.

3 Every year the sacrifices of those people remind them of their sins,

4 For the blood of goats and bulls could not remove sins.

5 So when Christ came into the world, he said, “God, you don't need sacrifices and offerings, but you have prepared a body for me.

6 Thou shalt not be pleased with the sacrifices of the dead, nor with the burnt offerings; neither shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of sin.

7 And I said, Here am I, my God: for this is written in the book of the law, and I am come to do thy will.

8 In this part of the Scriptures, Christ first said, “You do not need sacrifices and offerings. You are not happy with burnt offerings and sin offerings. ” These are the sacrifices that are offered according to the law.
