Condemnation of the oppressors of the poor
1 Woe unto them that are with child and to them that give suck in the night, and in the morning, when they have done evil in their sight, Well why - because they have the power to do whatever they want.

8 But to my people they are like enemies. You pull clothes behind my people as they walk. They think they are safe, but you take things from them as if they were prisoners of war.
