7 God taught Moses his laws. God showed Israel how powerful things can be.

8 Jehovah is merciful and gracious. He is full of patience and love.

9 Jehovah Does Not Always Criticize God is not always angry with us.

10 We have sinned against God, but he has not punished us.

11 God's love for his followers is as high as the heavens above the earth.
