Revelation of John
1 The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto his servants to shew unto them, the things which must shortly come to pass; And he sent his angel, and shewed him these things unto his servant John.
2 who testified about the word of God and about Jesus Christ, that is, all that he saw.
3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.
Greet the seven churches
4 From John, unto the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and who was, and who is to come. And by the seven spirits which are before his throne.
5 And from Jesus Christ, the true witness, and the firstborn of the dead, and ruler of the kings of the earth. He who loves us and has redeemed us from our sins with his blood.
6 And he hath made us a kingdom, that we may be priests unto God his Father; to him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.
7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all the nations of the earth shall wail because of him. Yes! Amen.
8 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Lord God, the one who is, the one who was, and the one who is to come, the Almighty.
The vision of Christ to John
9 I John, your brother, and I am with you in the tribulation and the kingdom and the patience of Jesus Christ, on the island called Patmos, because of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus.
10 I came in the Spirit in the Lord's day, and I heard a loud voice behind me, saying,
11 And thou shalt write in a book all that thou seest, and send them to the seven churches;
12 And I turned to see the voice that spake unto me: and when I turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;
13 And in the midst of the candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.
14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, like snow, and his eyes were like flames of fire.
15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.
16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead, and he laid his right hand upon me, and said, Fear not; I am the first and the last
18 And I live. I was dead, and behold, I live forever. I have the keys of death and of hell.
19 So write down all that you have seen, and all that is to come.
20 That is, the mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks; the seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven candlesticks which are in the seven churches.
God is our protector
1 He that dwelleth in the secret of the Most High shall dwell under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.
3 He will deliver you out of the snare of the snare, and out of the deadly plague.
4 He will cover you with his wings, and you will take refuge under his wings. His truth is a shield and a free hand.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid of the terror of the night, nor of the arrow that flieth by day.
6 Neither from the pestilence that walketh in darkness, nor from the destruction that is in the midst of the wilderness.
7 A thousand will fall at your feet, and ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.
8 Only thou shalt see with thine eyes, and shalt see the recompense of the wicked.
9 Thou art my refuge, O LORD: thou hast made the Most High to possess me.
10 No evil shall come upon thee, neither shall any plague come upon thy camp.
11 He will command his angels to guard you in all your ways.
12 They will carry you on their hands, so that your feet may be hurt by the stone.
13 Thou shalt tread down the lion and the serpent; thou shalt tread down the young lion and the serpent.
14 He has loved me, so I will deliver him, I will exalt him, he has known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I shall answer him: I will be with him in distress, I will deliver him, and I will honor him.
16 With the increase of Arja I will make him addicted, and show him my salvation.

13 तू शेर और सर्प के नीचे भाग जाएगा; तू जवान शेर और सर्प के नीचे भाग जाएगा।
