1 This is the blessing that the man of God, Moses, gave to the people of Israel before his death.

 Deuteronomy 33: 1

2 And Moses said, The LORD is come down from mount Sinai, as the morning light cometh upon us from Seir, and shines as the light from mount Paran.

 Deuteronomy 33: 2

3 Yea, the LORD loveth his people, and all his saints are in his hand.

4 Moses gave the law. These testimonies are for the people of Jacob.
