The Comfort that God Promised

1 We still have the promise God made to those people that we could enter into God's rest. So we must be very careful, so that none of you will be deprived of that promise.

 Hebrews 4: 1

2 The way of salvation was told to us as it was told to those people. But the teaching they heard did not help them. People listened to those teachings but did not receive them by faith.

 Hebrews 4: 2

3 We, the believers, are able to enter and rest. Just as God said, “I swear in my wrath: 'They will never enter into my rest.'” Said.

 Hebrews 4: 3

4 In one of the scriptures, God spoke about the seventh day of the week; God finished all his work, and on the seventh day he rested.

5 And another scripture saith, They shall not enter into my rest.

 Hebrews 4: 5

6 It is true that some people will enter into God's rest. But the people who first heard about the way of salvation did not enter. They did not enter because they were not obedient.

7 So God planned another special day. This is called "Today." God spoke of this day long after, through David. In the same passage we have already used: “If you listen to God's voice today, do not be stubborn like in the past.”

8 We know that Joshua did not lead the people into rest as God promised. We know this because later God spoke of another day of rest, "the present day."

9 This indicates that the seventh day of the Sabbath is yet to come for God's people.

10 God rested after he finished his work. So the one who enters and finds divine rest is the one who has finished his work like God.

11 So let us work hard to enter into that rest. We should try in such a way that none of us loses rest by following their example like those who were not obedient.

12 The Word of God is alive and working. His word is sharper than a sharp sword. The Word of God penetrates deep into us, even where the soul and the spirit meet. God's Word strikes at our joints and bones. It determines the thoughts and intentions of our heart.

13 Nothing in the world can be hidden from God. He can see everything clearly. Everything is open before him. And to Him we must give an account of our way of life.

वह आराम जिसका परमेश्वर ने वादा किया था

1 हमारे पास अब भी वह वादा है जो परमेश्वर ने उन लोगों से किया था कि हम परमेश्वर के विश्राम में प्रवेश कर सकें। इसलिए हमें बहुत सावधान रहना चाहिए, ताकि आप में से कोई भी उस वादे से वंचित न रहे।

2 उद्धार का मार्ग हमें उसी प्रकार बताया गया जैसा उन लोगों को बताया गया था। लेकिन उन्होंने जो उपदेश सुना, उससे उन्हें कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ। लोगों ने उन शिक्षाओं को तो सुना परन्तु विश्वास के द्वारा उन्हें ग्रहण नहीं किया।

3 हम, ईमानवाले, प्रवेश करने और विश्राम करने के योग्य हैं। जैसे परमेश्वर ने कहा, "मैं अपने क्रोध की शपथ खाता हूं: 'वे मेरे विश्राम में कभी प्रवेश नहीं करेंगे।'" कहा।

4 पवित्र शास्त्र में एक स्थान में परमेश्वर ने सप्ताह के सातवें दिन के विषय में कहा; परमेश्वर ने उसका सब काम पूरा किया, और सातवें दिन उसने विश्राम किया।

5 और एक और पवित्रशास्त्र कहता है, वे मेरे विश्राम में प्रवेश न करने पाएंगे।

6 यह सच है कि कुछ लोग परमेश्वर के विश्राम में प्रवेश करेंगे। लेकिन जिन लोगों ने पहले उद्धार के मार्ग के बारे में सुना, उन्होंने प्रवेश नहीं किया। उन्होंने प्रवेश नहीं किया क्योंकि वे आज्ञाकारी नहीं थे।

7 सो परमेश्वर ने एक और विशेष दिन की योजना बनाई। इसे "आज" कहा जाता है। बहुत दिनों के बाद परमेश्वर ने दाऊद के द्वारा इस दिन के विषय में बातें कीं। उसी सन्दर्भ में हम पहले ही प्रयोग कर चुके हैं: "यदि तुम आज परमेश्वर की वाणी सुनो, तो पहले की तरह हठी न बनो।"

8 हम जानते हैं कि यहोशू ने परमेश्वर की प्रतिज्ञा के अनुसार लोगों को विश्राम में नहीं पहुंचाया। हम इसे जानते हैं क्योंकि बाद में परमेश्वर ने विश्राम के एक और दिन की बात की, "आज।"

9 यह संकेत करता है कि परमेश्वर के लोगों के लिए सब्त का सातवाँ दिन अभी आना बाकी है।

10 अपना काम पूरा करने के बाद परमेश्वर ने विश्राम किया। तो वह जो प्रवेश करता है और दिव्य विश्राम पाता है वह वह है जिसने परमेश्वर की तरह अपना काम पूरा कर लिया है।

11 सो आओ हम उस विश्राम में जाने के लिये कठिन परिश्रम करें। हमें ऐसा प्रयास करना चाहिए कि हममें से कोई भी उनके उदाहरण का अनुसरण करके उन लोगों की तरह आराम न खो दे जो आज्ञाकारी नहीं थे।

 इब्रानियों 4:11

12 परमेश्वर का वचन जीवित और कार्यशील है। उसका वचन चोखी तलवार से भी चोखा है। परमेश्वर का वचन हम में गहराई से प्रवेश करता है, यहाँ तक कि जहाँ आत्मा और आत्मा मिलते हैं। परमेश्वर का वचन हमारे जोड़ों और हड्डियों पर प्रहार करता है। यह हमारे दिल के विचारों और इरादों को निर्धारित करता है।

13 संसार की कोई भी वस्तु परमेश्वर से छिपी नहीं रह सकती। वह सब कुछ स्पष्ट रूप से देख सकता है। उसके सामने सब कुछ खुला है। और उसे हमें अपने जीवन के तरीके का लेखा देना चाहिए।
